I have made the change to a new service provider for my photo galleries. The old galleries are now unavailable. The new service provider should be much better and offer a higher quality product for each of you when you order prints. Be sure to check out the new galleries for events covered recently.
Why the change? I have been evaluating service providers and what they offer lately and looked at deficiencies of the old system. The new system has an increased quality (although the previous provider had good quality products as well) and address the most major problem I have faced, shipping times. Shipping times have been the biggest complaint from clients in the past. First Class shipping was taking longer than expected and much of the problem centered on how the provider was delivering items to the U.S. Postal Service. That should not be a problem now. Additionally there are many more options for products to be available. I am very excited about what I will be able to offer and the quality available.
